Nancy Mitford (1904-1973) was a British novelist and biographer. She was the daughter of Lord Redesdale and the sister of Jessica Mitford. Nancy Mitford's novels are known for their wit and social satire. Her biographies include Madame de Pompadour and Frederick the Great.
