Apple Inc. is one of the most successful companies in the world, and its success is largely due to the vision and leadership of two men: Steve Jobs and Tim Cook.

Jobs, who co-founded Apple in 1976, was a visionary leader who was responsible for some of the company's most iconic products, including the Macintosh, the iPod, and the iPhone.

Cook, who took over as CEO of Apple in 2011, has been responsible for overseeing the company's continued growth and success.

Steve Jobs

Steve Jobs was born in San Francisco, California, in 1955. He was adopted by Paul and Clara Jobs, a working-class couple who raised him in the nearby town of Mountain View.

Jobs showed an early interest in electronics and computers. In high school, he attended the Homebrew Computer Club, where he met Steve Wozniak, who would later become his co-founder at Apple.

After graduating from high school, Jobs enrolled at Reed College in Portland, Oregon. However, he dropped out after only six months, feeling that college was a waste of time. He then returned to California and started working at Atari, a video game company.

In 1976, Jobs and Wozniak founded Apple Computer in Jobs' parents' garage. The company's first product was the Apple I, a personal computer that was sold in kit form. The Apple I was a success, and it was followed by the Apple II, which became one of the most popular personal computers of all time.

In 1984, Apple introduced the Macintosh, the first personal computer to feature a graphical user interface. The Macintosh was a revolutionary product, and it helped to make Apple a major player in the personal computer industry.

Jobs continued to lead Apple through the 1980s and 1990s, during which time the company introduced a number of successful products, including the iMac, the iPod, and the iPhone.

In 1997, Jobs was fired from Apple after a power struggle with the company's board of directors. However, he returned to Apple in 1998 and led the company to unprecedented success. Under Jobs' leadership, Apple became the world's most valuable company.

Jobs died of pancreatic cancer in 2011. He was 56 years old.

Tim Cook

Tim Cook was born in Mobile, Alabama, in 1960. He graduated from Auburn University with a degree in industrial engineering.

After graduating from college, Cook worked for a number of companies, including IBM and Compaq.

In 1998, Cook joined Apple as a senior vice president of worldwide operations. He was responsible for overseeing the company's manufacturing and distribution operations.

In 2011, Cook was named CEO of Apple, succeeding Steve Jobs.

Under Cook's leadership, Apple has continued to grow and succeed. The company has introduced a number of new products, including the iPad, the Apple Watch, and the Apple TV.

Cook has also been praised for his leadership style. He is known for being a consensus-builder and for his attention to detail.
